FERNANDO BENSUASKI

Fernando Bensuaski, President, founded the Company in 1980. He is currently also a managing director at Chenco Holding Company, a $9 billion real estate investment company in the US. Mr. Bensuaski has operated in various countries in Europe, the Americas, Africa, the Middle East and Greater China. He has lectured on Finance Matters at US and Greater China universities, including Beijing’s Renmin University and Tianjin’s Nankai University. He has been an advisor to the World Economic Forum on matters affecting private equity investments in China and attended the Forum’s annual convention in Davos, Switzerland, multiple times. Mr. Bensuaski holds a degree in Physics from Northwest Nazarene University, graduated from the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington and completed the Advanced Management Program in Bank Management at Columbia University. He is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish and has a basic knowledge of Italian and French.

Mu How, Managing Director, has been affiliated with Mr. Bensuaski for over 30 years. Mr. How has significant experience in business problem solving and M&A both in China and the United States, where he lived for 20 years. His creativity has enabled Mr. How, who is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, to apply his deep understanding of both American and Chinese cultures in cross-borders situations.
YANNA DU (STELLA)

Stella (Yanna) Du, Director, joined the company in 2020, prior to which she held marketing-related positions at LVMH (the holding company for Louis Vuitton) and ManuLife, one of the largest insurance companies in the world. Ms. Du is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese and is responsible for all aspects of the relationships with Greater China companies, including business development, market analysis, company analysis, and investors’ relations. Stella also is a public speaker on Bensuaski & Co.’s behalf. She holds both Bachelor and Master degree in Finance from Shanghai University, in China.
GIULIO DESIDERIO

Giulio Desiderio, Director, joined the Company in 2010, prior to which he was a financial consultant operating in Argentina and Uruguay. Now based in Miami, Mr. Desiderio has over 25 years of experience in dealing with cross borders investments. He has developed the market in Colombia for a Bensuaski & Co. affiliate, Goshawk Trading Strategies. He is fluent in Italian, Spanish and Portuguese and holds a law degree from the University of Padua, Italy.
CHUNHUA LU (LULU)

Chunhua Lu ("Lulu"), Shanghai-based Director, holds a bachelor’s degree from Shanghai’s East China Normal University. She has known Mr. Bensuaski for 18 years and has worked in various finance-related matters involving Shanghai-based companies. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
QIONG LIU (LUCIANNA)

Lucianna Liu (“Luci”), Director, joined Bensuaski & Co., in 2021, prior to which she was a supervisor at the Shanghai Sino-British Friendly Urban Development; spent five years at Shanghai Volkswagen rising from Assistant Sales Director to Sales Director and Purchasing Director; and has been a managing director at an industrial real estate investment and development in Shanghai. Ms. Liu holds a bachelor degree from the Jiangnan University in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province.
ROSSANA VASCONCELOS

Rossana Vasconcelos, Associate, is responsible for customers’ relations in Latin America. She is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. Ms. Vasconcelos is Mr. Bensuaski’s cousin and holds a law degree from the Faculdade de Direito de Sorocaba (Sorocaba Law School) in Brazil.

John Kang, Senior Advisor, is an executive director of Welltech Holding Corporation in Shenzhen, China. Mr. Kang has a significant experience at executive level positions in various companies in China. He holds BA and MBA degrees from Wuhan University and is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
